Give someone a hammer and they'll look for a nail. Give a founder a workbench and they'll look for something to build on it. We decided that being able to build something wasn't reason enough to build it.

When we wanted to start a community, we didn't write community software. We picked an existing platform and built Brain Sauna on it.

We do what the situation calls for, not what our convictions prescribe. Even when that means not building anything.
