From market to table

The wholesale market opens at four in the morning. Dinner is at seven. The more hands a tomato passes through on the way, the less of a tomato it becomes.

We don't add another pair of hands. We want the people doing the work to explain it. The people building the product to talk to its users. The people making the decisions to see the consequences.

Adding layers isn't management. It's spreading responsibility until no one holds it.

This principle shapes all our work, our partnership structure, and the ways we work together. It may not be what you're used to. But we're sure you'll find inspiration in it.
